Customs Duties And Import Taxes
We do not cover the costs of duties and taxes.
Any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees. Please ensure you know any customs import duty before placing an order.
Prints Information
All our artwork has been captured in high resolution by a Nikon D750 or the latest Nikon Mirrorless Z7 II camera for maximum detail.
We offer various sizes and paper options.
Each one of our premium prints is printed by our partnered print Lab. Our printer has a lab on every continent for time and shipping savings, so you won’t have to wait too long to receive your print.
All the prints are prepared and made to order with the most outstanding care and attention to detail.
About offering you the best print and experience we can, all our papers are the finest to ensure your artwork is of the highest quality, lasting for years to come without fading.
Return And Refund
Cancellation Policy
If you ordered one of our prints by mistake or the wrong item, please get in touch with us within 30 minutes of submission at info@yodeschamps.com
Please note that not all modification requests can be met. Once an order has entered production, we cannot cancel or change it.
Please note that as each artwork has been made to order, there are no returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged Parcel
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged print, please take a few pictures of the damaged parcel and the damaged print and send it to us at info@yodeschamps.com within 24 hours.
From this point, allow us 48 hours to resolve the issue with our printer, and after a short delay, we will send you a new print or give you a full refund, which is your choice.
Return Policy
In case of a damaged parcel, No return of your print will be required, but we will gladly send you a new one free of charge or give you a full refund.
